Smoker Beer Can Chicken

Equipment

  • Trager Smoker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole (3-5 Lb) Chicken
  • 1/4 C Rottesserie Seasoning
  • 1/4 C Traeger Fin and Feather
  • 1 Can Favorite Beer

Instructions
 

  • Turn on smoker and set to smoke
  • Clean Chicken and Pat Dry
  • Turn up Smoker to 350 Degrees
  • Mix Rub's together and cover outside of the chicken
  • Open the can of beer and set the chicken on top of the beer.
  • Put Chicken on the smoker, smoke until internal temperature reaches 165 Degrees (about 90 minutes)
