- Trager Smoker
Ingredients
- 1 Whole (3-5 Lb) Chicken
- 1/4 C Rottesserie Seasoning
- 1/4 C Traeger Fin and Feather
- 1 Can Favorite Beer
Instructions
- Turn on smoker and set to smoke
- Clean Chicken and Pat Dry
- Turn up Smoker to 350 Degrees
- Mix Rub's together and cover outside of the chicken
- Open the can of beer and set the chicken on top of the beer.
- Put Chicken on the smoker, smoke until internal temperature reaches 165 Degrees (about 90 minutes)
